Boost has suspended your account because you violated their terms and conditions. More than likely you were using conference calls with the international connect feature. You should have received a text about a month ago stating you are in violation.

Call or stop by the your boost mobile store and explain to them your situation. It could have been that your account was deactivated by mistake. Or your prior payment was no properly credited to your account.
