I have a phone that will not work. Phones constantly dropped, can't receive messages from my friends. Even have had Radio Shack look at this cheap phone and they say it doesn't work. PERIOD...... CAN'T GET THROUGH TO THEM. I'M FED UP. I JUST WANT A REPLACEMENT THAT I CAN TALK ON EVEN IF IT'S A REFURB. BOOST MOBILE IS THE WORST SERVICE OF ALL!!!!!!!!!! I'M DEMANDING THAT THEY SEND ME A REPLACEMENT!!!!!!!
