i called in the customer care number (1-888-266-7848) and presssed 88 once the voice prompt came up and was able to talk to a representetive. i had auto-reboost activated and when i asked to cancel they said they would deactivate the auto-reboost and it would basically run out due to not paying your monthly bill, but they are correcting in saying they dont just cancel out your account

According to BOOST, they do NOT cancel accounts.  I called in Aug to cancel an acct, was told it was done.  Instead, they put 2 free mths onto the acct so i wouldnt notice it was still active (we havent used it since aug 2).  I got the email notice that it was going to auto reboost and charge my credit card.  WHen i called again they told me that they dont cancel accts and it should just stop working and charging after 90 days.  THEY ARE EXTREMELY DISHONEST AND MANIPULATIVE.  They will not give straight answers on how to stop the charges, they simply keep saying that after 30 days theyll stop if i dont do anything else.

Call customer service just keep following the steps like if your phone was stolen, and it will eventually after you give your information (phone number and pin) take you to customer service.

all you need to do is not re-add money to your your account for sixty days. and then

your number will be deacctivated, and any left over money in your account

will disappear and your account will be cancled. also its almost impossible to get

ahold of a person its all automated
