Why This Policy?
I just returned home from returning 5 blueray dvds that I had rented. I looked for more to rent and found 2 that caught my interest. When I went to check out I was told that for 2 dvds, I could not pay with my debit card as the amount was not large enough. Needless to say I returned home without any dvds to watch. This is absoutely one of the stupidest policies that I have run across. Other than greed as a guideline, why is this policy in place as it cost you customers?
