Dvd Shipping By Mail
I pay for one DVD a month (5.29) and have not received a DVD for the month of August. Do you ship only after my monthly payment is received?

Hi, I would imagine they only ship your DVD if your account is current and paid up, but you'll have to contact them directly to find out for sure:
