Collections
I am getting calls from a collection service about my account. My account is paid in full. I have been to the local store twice and they told me that the account has a zero balance but I continue to get calls all hours of the day and there is no person that I can talk to. I need this matter taken care of immediately or I will file a complaint.

Blockbuster is responsible for telling the collection agency to stop processing their claim on you. You should contact your local store to get information regarding their collections department so they can then contact the collection agency they use.
Also note that this is, in most cases, a USER SUBMITTED site. It is unlikely that people who work in the company/department you are referring to actually come here to help customers. Because of this, it is not advised that you use your personal details, such as your real name.
