How Do I Turn Off Voice Command/voice Dialing?

I have a new BB Bold 9700 and when Voice Command/Voice Dialing is on my Ring tones do not work (Silent mode, even though they are set to normal) and I cannot play music. Music player gives error stating it cannot play with Voice Dialing Active.

switch off your Phone and take out the battery then put it back in again it should work
