Invalid E-mail Or Password

I recently changed my password and Blackberry informs me something is invalid and I am not getting any e-mail. Phone assistance is not helpful and the assistants are not fluent in english. On my phone I am prompted to register my Blackberry. Neither my old address nor my new one (which I am told is already registered) appears to be valid. What am I supposed to do.
