My Storm 2 When I Go To Charge The Phone A Battery With A Red Line Appears.

My phone will not power on or anything no matter how long I keep it on the wall charger or on the computer

Your battery or your charger is bad. The red battery with the line is your dead battery icon. If you've had the battery a year, it could need replacing. Check it on a car charger. If it charges there then it's your charger. A good place to get a replacement for either is Cellphoneshop.net. I have used them for over 5 years. They are the cheapest you can find but they come from overseas and takes about a week for delivery. But you can get 2-3 batteries for the price of one here and they are excellent batteries. Chargers run about $5. I've bought both there for my Storm.
