Reload Software: 513 On The Blackberry Storm

I have the Blackberry Storm (#2 I think) and I took the battery out one day just to restart it and when I put it back in the screen was all white with a picture of like a cassette tape in a circle with a line going through it diagnally and the phrase: Reload Software: 513 right below it. Now it doesn't do anyhing; doesn't turn off, doesn't go to the home screen, nothing. Just the white screen with that image and phrase. Any ideas on what I should do?
