Is Your New Format Bad?i Got My Blackberry At Sprint In Nc,i Took It To Them Thi

I took my phone to them this morning.They put an old format in it.I don't like the way it works. Is your new format really bad or doesn't sprint know what to do with it? I liked the new format but I was having problems with my texting The old format they put in really isn't worth the time & effort.It made my blackberry very hard to work with. Thanks Jim Smith
