Need Help Connecting Blackberry To Godaddy Hosted Exchange Blackberry Service?

I have two blackberry phones that I'm trying to get to sync with GoDaddy host exchange server and Blackberry service. Neither one connect after entering the email and blackberry password pin for activation.
