Bb Promo Award - Real Or Faked?

Just received an email from BB promo agent in USA stating that I won a big "lucky draw" promo award. Please urgently advise if this is real. If I choose to send me the cheque, I will have to pay insurance of US$180. This is vague to me. Please kindly revert with your answer to confirm if BB in US ran the Lucky Draw promo program.
