Bb App World And Bbm

I tried upgrading my bbm yesterday bt there was a problem, but could still use my bbm. this morning upgraded my app world and retarted it but when my phone came up, find both bbm and app world icons. tried downloading them again and restartng but it was the same thing. Pls what can I do?i
