How To Use Our Blackberry Curve 3900 Purchased In The Uae

We purchesed this phone in the UAE and have now returned to Australia , we are trying to use an australian sim card but the phone has been blocked and is asking for a code which we dont have where can i get this code from as we are unable to use the phone and since it was a xmas precent we want to be bale to use it cheers
