Black & Decker Food Processor But The Lip Cap With Measuremente Part # Fp2650s-1

I received a gift of a Black & Decker Food Processor but the Lip Cap with measuremente Part # FP2650S-12 units was not in the box as I have no receipt, how can i get it.
