Problem With Timer
When the time is complete for toasting, the alarm sounds and then continues to beep and count down. The only way to make it stop is by unplugging the unit. What can I do to resolve the problem?

If the start/stop button doesn't stop the process then the control panel is failing. I suggest you contact CS@ 1-800-231-9786 for further assistance.
