Starts And Stop Immediately Why
Battery is charged ,button is depressed to start ,lever is pulled up it starts then dies immediately what is the problem and how to fix it ?

Could be a faulty battery or charger. Check the user guide. Link attached.
Page 7 of the PDF explains the procedure for checking the battery. If the battery only has a nominal charge it will likely start and then stop very quickly.
Put the battery on charge and even when the light is green then leave on overnight to make sure it has received a full charge and then try again. If you have a spare battery then try that to prove the charger.

When a start switch is just starting to break, there will likely be intermittent power given to your motor. If the electric lawn mower starts and shuts off soon after, it's likely a start switch issue.
How do I reset my electric lawn mower?
Make sure the gas lawn mower's engine is stopped, remove the Electric Start Key and disconnect spark plug boot. Then check around the blade and clear any debris that may be blocking it. Reattach the spark plug boot and reinsert key. Wait 30 seconds so the breaker can self-reset, then try restarting.
