Charger Shows Flo

When I try to charge a battery that won't start my Kubota tractor after one or two seconds the charger screen says FLO. Is also does this when I try to jump start the tractor. Does this mean the battery charger is shot?

Why is my Black and Decker battery not charging?

If your battery is not charging and the charger is rapid flashing and the battery is warm, it may be too hot- particularly after heavy or continued use. If so, please allow the battery to cool, then reinsert the battery on charger to try charging again
