Bissell Steam Shot Not Working
Hello my Bissell steam shot has failed after one tank of distilled water. The light doesn't come on and I've checked the power outlet and it's ok. I have filled it using the measuring cup and can't get it to heat up. Any ideas to rectify this problem before I send it back. Thanks

Why is my Bissell steam Shot Not Working?
It may be clogged at the tip. After the machine is cooled down (about 10 minutes) make sure there is water in the tank. ... If the machine does not spray without the tool, wait about 5 minutes for the machine to cool. Then clean the nozzle with a paper clip.
As for your floors, countertops, tile, and other hard surfaces, you can use a steam cleaner as often as you'd use a mop or spray cleaner-though you may not want to because it's slightly less convenient.
Why is my Bissell steamer not working?
The most common reason for a steam mop not steaming is nozzle blockage and pressure leakage. To fix steam blockage problems, put vinegar in the tank overnight and try steaming with it. If this does not work, use a descaling pin or jumbo paper clip to dislodge any mineral deposits that are blocking the steam.
