Canister Won't Close
After changing the bag, I can't get the canister to stay shut. The suction is no longer adequate to pick up well.

The canister is made to only close when the bag is installed properly. Here is a link to the instructions, they are on page 10: http://www.bissell.com/downloadfile.aspx?id=9769&cid=ccsocial
