Blowing Out Air? Not Picking Up Anything?
I just bought a new Bissell Power Swift and instead of picking up the dirt it is blowing out air through the vents near the lint tray. The roller is working fine. When I take off the hose, very little air is blowing through the hose/

Hi Debbie! I'm sorry to hear about the difficulty with your vacuum. The air blowing from the vent is normal for this is the air coming from the motor. Dirty filters or clogs can cause suction problems.
