My Bissell Powerforce Bagless Vacuum, Model#6584, Is So Loud When I Turn It On..
Ive already put a new belt on it, as it started doing this because the belt was worn. Still extremely loud.

Make sure nothing is obstructing the air flow -- no dirt or debris stuck anywhere in the suction path. Also check your filters and clean or replace them as necessary. Check the brush; if it's dirty (for example, if hair is wrapped around the bristles) it can increase the friction, thus making the vacuum sound louder.
If the vacuum is still louder than usual, there may be a problem with the motor.
