Burning Rubber?
I have this sweeper and the belt looks brand new, why does it smell like rubber burning. I don't understand. I have 1/4 of my home carpeted. And I don't need to use it often. Tell my why this is occurring.

The belt is slipping causing the smell. Usually caused by a loose belt or the sweeper bar bushings are full of debris.
