Here I give this lower-end bagless Bissell Cleanview vacuum a full tune up (problem was loss of suction), and show you how to do it. What I do here could easily be applied to repairing any basic bagless upright vacuum cleaner, and I tried to cover all the basics, from changing the belt, checking and cleaning the filters, and cyclone maintenance.
