Changing Homepage On Computer

I have changed my homepage to my carrier WOWWAY and when I get back on my computer my homepage is Yahoo again,

I Know the Answer!

If it is mozilla Firefox then go to tools>options and write the url which you want to make as hompage and don't forget to click apply after that. Then only it will be.
