Bing Animation
Why does my bing home page not play animations?
The pics are fine but when they go animated it's a mess.

Check, if you have installed some Flash Player. If not, install for example Adobe Flash Player from www.adobe.com,
Check Explorers Internet Options, go to Advanced tab and look for Multimedia. Then check option "Play animations ..."
