How Can I Ask Questions And Get A Response From The Bing Games?
I like to play Bing games and had 2 email accounts. I ordered the same prize -- one from each of the accounts; one for each of my older grandsons. I did not realize that this was against the rules. I never got the prizes and no communication from Bing either. Finally, I started to try to find out and it took several attempts; only to find out about the "cheating". I have a LOT of points on one of the accounts and would like to order a prize but do not know if I can ever use that account again, and cannot seem to get any answer. I will not "cheat" again, once they have told me. Please help me get a response about my accounts.

This makes no sense to me. You can have as many accounts as you like. there is NO way for Bing or anyone else to know how many you have unless you tell them. From their end they all appear as different users.
I recommend that you call MSN support and discuss it with them. 866-672-4551 click 1 for billing to get to a live person.
