Answering Machine Not Working On This Binatone Symphony 3325.

Answering Machine not working on my Binatone Symphony 3325. Callers seem to have access and are invited to leave a message, but nothing happens at my end. No indication of a recorded message and no message recorded. If I press to hear , I get "We have identified a Network problem" What do I need to do to resolve this issue? Thanks
