Binatone Solas 1520
i have connected all my binatone triple handset pack solas 1520 up and there is no dialling tone do you know why , it is not the line as it worked ok with the old phone

Check cable connections==>
1. on the side of the unit for the "Curly Cord"
2. on the back of the unit for the "Line Cord"
3. in the telephone socket itself

Make sure the phone is connected directly to the main telephone socket of your home and not through an extension cable, twin adaptor, box for cheaper calls or another communications device on the same line e.g. Fax Machine as all of these can cause this problem.
