Download the manual from https://www.manualslib.com/manual/450624/Binatone-Lifestyle-1910.html, and proceed on p. 2 to "Answering Machine," under sec. 9, TROUBLESHOOTING. Consider all four listed Problems. Still not solved? Then follow the instructions further down under "If the fault persists...."
