Display Jammed On '10 New Calls'
95 year old Dad who lives alone needs this handset on him at all times. Currently, the display is jammed on "10 new calls" and pressing any of the keys results in the same squeaky noise, but no signal, connection or change of display. I have replaced the batteries with the exact same ones, bought online, but still nothing happens.Can anyone help?Thanks
