Vantage 6025
When you try to ring in from an external number the phone lights up on the handset but does not ring and the call is cut off after a few seconds. It also does not allow the incoming caller to leave a message. We are able to use the handset to make external calls with no problem. Can you advise please as our user guide does not cover this.
