I purchased grim legends forsaken bride collectors edition 13.99 now I can't find out how to download not on resent purchases

A receipt of your purchase should have been provided to your email address on you provided when your Big Fish Account was opened. If not, you may want to check your spam folder for the receipt which has your purchase key inside.
However, should you not have received this email. Then, you should make sure the credit/debit card you used was charged for the purchase of the game. If not, then you it was likely not purchased.
