I can understand your frustration regarding losing the ability to play your already purchased games, and as with most company merges, some rules likely changed to conform more to suit BFG Policies.
Having stated that, please understand your question was posted on the Helpowl forum, not affiliated, nor as representaives of BFG. Therefore, What I can help you with is getting you the BFG Customer Support Phone number since you have already been contacting them via email without much success at getting your issue resolved.
Please note the phone number listed below is in the USA, as this is where BFG Corporate Headquarters are. Therefore, if calling from a different country, please use the country code with the phone number accordingly.

Lastly, the BFG Customer Support website provides information regarding the merge between the 2 companies and how you can retrieve a game that was purchased from Spintop before BFG took over on 1/15/2014.
