Won't Show Games In The Lobby

when I enter game it goes to the lobby but show the game menu or my level and also won't show my friends list it just shows a white screen where the games are supposed to be and where my friends are supposed to be it shows all other icons but those and it plays the music it was working earlier but a few hours later nothing

However, you may prefer to perform the following prior to contacting Big Fish Games, as the rep will ask if you already tried these troubleshooting steps (Not to mention, may actually resolve your issue and saves you from having to contact them)

Please perform in the order shown:

Clear your internet cache and delete cookies
Go to Adobe website to see if you are using the most recent version of the Adobe Flashplayer, update if needed.
Reboot you Computer/Laptop

Once complete, go to Big Fish Games website again to see if the problem has been resolved.

Next step is to contact customer support through one of the option above.

If you want to leave a game before the round begins; exit the game, or return to the Lobby, your Gems will remain intact. However, if the game started and you exit before the round is complete, you will use up the amount of gems it cost you to buy into that room.

When you first open the Big Fish Bingo App, you will automatically enter into the Lobby (N). From here, you can choose to enter one of the rooms, look at your friends list, view the leaderboards, adjust the settings, enter the store, or view the free Powerup of the week.

You can view the free Powerup for the week here (O).
You can visit the Store here (P). You can buy Gems and Coins by selecting either the Coins or the Gems Tab, then choose the deal of your choice.
You can view how many Coins and Gems you have here (Q).
Collect free gems every 30 minutes by selecting the Gem Bonus barrel when it’s full (R).
If you have any Friend Requests, you will see a number next to your friends button (S).
