About Every Third Or Fourth Win The Coins I Win Are Subtracted From My Total..

That would be very frustrating to a member... especially if getting low on casino coins.

As the previous answer stated, you will likely need to contact Big Fish Games Customer Service for an answer. As well as requesting they replace the lost coins, if applicable
