I Am Unable To Download Any Games To My New Laptop That I Purchased

My old laptop no longer works. I was able to download 3 or 4 but I would like to download them all. I've tried using Internet Explorer, foxfire ore google crome, what do I do. Thank you in advanec for your response.

Hello adon132,

As I understand, calling customer service and speaking to someone through the maze of automated messages is iffy at best.

If you have not already done so, you may want to consider downloading the Big Fish Game Manager and use your Big Fish log in to access, this is where every game you purchase is located and ready for you to install onto your new, or same, device.

The other way would be to locate the original email Big Fish sent you at the time you purchased the game (you can perform a search by typing 'Bigfish' in the search box once on the email program you use for Big Fish). Once located, click on the download/install link to begin the installation of that game onto your laptop.

If neither method works then you may need to contact Big Fish Games Customer Support for assistance. They can take you through the steps if you need to update the Flash Player on your laptop, and other things.
