Why Can't I Play Planet Horse?

I bought PLanet Horse and after it downloaded and everything, I clicked play. It didn't work, and it says the game couldn't launch, try unstalling it and reinstalling it. I did that and it still doesn't work, it says error launch code 900. PLease help me, I REALLY want to play this!
