Big City Adventuree New York
I was charged $2.99 on order M3NTZDBHW for the game upgrade but I still only have the free version. I have reinstalled it a couple of times and it is not helping. Please help.

It sounds like the game hasn't detected that you've already purchased the full version. You should be able to follow the steps to unlock the game (on the Main Menu) without paying again. Customer support can also provide some more information on this process:
