Awakenings Moonfell Wood Crashing Even After I Have Updated All Cards

I have updated all the adobe flash player and Shockwave plus updated the video drivers and video plus graphics cards thru dell, I have a Dell Dimension 4600. I have followed the instructions and still the game FREEZES at the waterfall and the stones. Why doesn't the game play, what am I doing wrong or what more do I need to do. I have had this game for over a week and cannot play it. Please help me fix it or give me my money back.......
