I Want A Refund
on 16 Sept. 2013 I ordered §Awakening Sunhook Spire Strategy Guide. I tried to download the game but the game would not download. I was so incensed that I cancelled my membership on the same day. I paid for the game with my mastercard, and notwithstanding the fact that the game was defective and refused to dowmload, and that I had cancelled my membership, Big Fish in their wisdom have taken the money from my Mastercard account. I want a refund of the full amount.

Sorry you had a bad experience with Big Fish Games. However this is not Big Fish but I can route you to the right place for contacting them.
First, I believe what you purchased was the strategy guide and not the game itself. The strategy guide is just that...a guide to help you locate items and to walk you throu certain areas should you get stuck, The game is sold seperately,
