Sorry you had a bad experience with Big Fish Games. However this is not Big Fish but I can route you to the right place for contacting them.
First, I believe what you purchased was the strategy guide and not the game itself. The strategy guide is just that...a guide to help you locate items and to walk you throu certain areas should you get stuck, The game is sold seperately,
You should use the following link to request a refund for the strategy guide
