Big Fish does not have an option for you to choose a different game if the first game can not be played.

Instead, You would request a refund and make another game purchase on Big Fish Games.

Any refund given would go back to the card provided when you made the purchase. Which is usually, within 48 hrs on most credit/debit cards.
