Instead, You would request a refund and make another game purchase on Big Fish Games.
You can contact Big Fish Games Customer Service to request a refund:
Telephone: 206-213-5753, Mon-Fri: 9am-5:30pm PST
Any refund given would go back to the card provided when you made the purchase. Which is usually, within 48 hrs on most credit/debit cards.
Note: The wait time on hold varies according to call volume and time of the day you call.
