Double Billed
I was double billed the last time I purchased chips and can not reach customer service. Does anyone have a number?

Either of the following options can be used for contacting Big Fish Games Customer Support:
- Request by Telephone: 206-213-5753, Mon-Fri: 9am-5:30pm PST
- Submit Request Online: Request Assistance
A telephone request is limited to calling during their business hours.
The Online request is 24/7, but can take 24 - 48 hours for a response.
Also, if you choose the online request option, please include the following:
- Accountolder's First, Last Name
- Account Holder's Email Address, as well as a contact email address (if different from your Big Fish Acccount)
- Date and the amount charged to your card, also the refund amount you are requesting, if different.
- Last 4 digits of the credit/debit card charged. Please do NOT provide the entire card number. ONLY the last 4 digits are needed.
