Why do I get a poor connection message and then get kicked off my game?

You are getting a poor connection message while playing your Big Fish Game because the speed of your Internet may not be sufficient to load the required features of the game. The only solution for this problem is to upgrade your Internet connection. If you are using Dial-Up, try to upgrade it to a higher connection speed. You may also consider subscribing to a DSL connection for faster connection.
