Y Are They Taking Money Out Of My Account When I Dont Use Them??

Contact your bank and reverse the erroneous charges. Then make sure no one can access your big fish account. It's a multiple-step process to charge your bank, so someone may be using your account. Apple or service carrier should be more hep if you need it.
