Return Apple Product Opened

You can return most purchases from Best Buy, including a power cord whether opened or unopened for up to 15 days from the date of purchase. However, there are a few things to bring with you when you return an item:

Item must be returned with all packaging, leaflets, stickers, etc. that came with the item at the time of purchase.

Also, bring in the store receipt. *If you do not have the receipt please see the next paragraph.

*Per Best Buy's Policy a Valid Government ID is required (Driver's Licence/State ID) if returned without a receipt

Bring the Debit/Credit card you used when you made the purchase, if applicable

Yes you can, the time period for returns begins the day you receive your product and applies to new, clearance, open-box, refurbished and pre-owned products. Standard members have 15 days, My Best Buy Elite Members have 30 days, & and My Best Buy Elite Plus Members have 45 days to return the product.
