Who Do I Go Too To Find Out What Is Wrong With My Computer (gateway)

my computer is all srewed up ever since i bought it 4/15/11. even the geeks at best buy said there is something wrong because they could not gain entery to find out whats wrong. it does not remember my ID or password, alot of programs say stopped. please help me

The computer should have come with a recovery disc insert that into the drive and retore the computer back to its original condition. This will allow you to redo everything. Start there. John
