Help, Please My Bernette 66 Won't Pull The Bobbin Thread Up.

I have cleaned the shuttle. I've replaced the neeedle and I've rethreaded the machine however the thread will not catch and pull up the bobbin thread.  I took the the bobbin case out and double checked for lint and made sure it was in correctly. Still won't work:( Kathy Anderson

It needs the timing reset.  I had the same problem and I got that answer and called repair man.  He re set the timing.
