I Am Unable To Stay Signed In To E-mail Even Thought I Click On Two Week Button

I have used Bell South for years.  Recently it started signing me out each time I go in to e-mail.  I go in several times a day and this is a real pain.  Can  you tell me what has changed?? or what I can do to get back on the at least week sign in?
